Esther Friedman is a licensed mental health counselor, expressive art therapist, and the author of The Gentle Souls Revolution. She developed a therapy model for Gentle Souls through her lived experience in a cult called “School.” The mission of GSR Healing Arts is to destigmatize cult and coercive control experiences, to raise awareness and educate, and to offer this therapeutic model for self-reclamation, recovery, and empowerment.
